NCFE Functional Skills in Mathematics Level 2

About this qualification:
The purpose of Functional Skills Mathematics Entry Level qualifications is to demonstrate a sound grasp of the underpinning skills and basics of mathematical skills appropriate to the level, and the ability to apply mathematical thinking to solve simple problems in familiar situations.
It is suitable for a wide range of individuals and is fundamental to the successful completion of various wider qualifications and frameworks, such as Foundation Learning, the Diploma and Apprenticeships.

Entry requirements:
There are no pre-entry requirements for this qualification and no minimum age requirement has been set for registration.
It is recommended that you have an intermediate ability to read and write English and learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 1 qualification.

- Section B: The calculator section
