The GA Level 4 Diploma in Business Management consists of 6 mandatory units:
- Effective Communication in the Workplace (20 credits)
- Policies and Procedures in the Workplace (20 credits)
- Business Operations Planning and Management (20 credits)
- Finance within Business (20 credits)
- Understand Change Management within a Business (20 credits)
- Leading a Team (20 credits)
This qualification is delivered online, allowing learners to study flexibly and access course materials remotely.
Assessment is internally assessed via a portfolio of evidence demonstrating that learners have met all unit learning outcomes. The qualification is graded on a Pass/Fail basis.
Learners may resubmit assessed work if required, with a recommended maximum of two resubmissions per assessment.
If a learner does not pass after the allowed resubmissions, additional support will be provided, such as targeted feedback, extra study materials, or alternative ways to demonstrate understanding, to help the learner succeed wherever possible. All resubmissions are assessed with the same standards as the original submission to ensure fairness and consistency.

The qualification is available to candidates aged 18 and over.
The entry requirements for this qualification are:
- A full level 3 qualification, for example vocational qualifications, A-levels, or equivalent.
Candidates should also have a minimum of level two in English and maths (e.g. GCSE Grade C/ Grade 4 or above) or equivalent.
