Course duration: from 2 weeks to 24

Class Hours: 15 hours per week

Minimum age: 18 years

Class Size: 6 – 14

Taking part in an internship programme in the UK not only helps you to improve your language and intercultural skills and therefore giving you a great competitive advantage in today’s globalised labour market, but it is also a great opportunity to meet local people and experience British culture first hand.

Our internship programme is designed for EU/EEA citizens as well as Japanese students on a Youth Mobility Visa.

You will start the programme with an English language course for a minimum of two weeks. After finishing this course, you will then be placed in one of our local partner companies where you will do a work experience placement. You can choose a minimum duration of two weeks up to six months for your internship.

We can place students in a number of different sectors, so whatever you are interested in, please do not hesitate to let us know. Some examples of sectors where we have already placed students are the following: tourism, accountancy, administration, mechanics, electricians, education (teaching and nurseries), IT, retail, beauty/cosmetics.

  • From pre-intermediate level to advance
  • EU/EEA citizens only
  • Be at university entry standard (i.e. to have completed A-Levels, high school or equivalent)

English Course and Placement Package (2 weeks plus placement)  £680

Additional Week English Course (17.5 hours per week) £175 per week

During the internship, students will submit a weekly reflection about the internship and complete a final report (around 3-5 pages in length) as an evaluation of the placement. Host companies will also provide feedback on your progress at a mid-point and end of the internship.
